1. Acceptance of These Terms
By selecting the required agreement checkbox and submitting an athlete registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Registration Terms and Conditions.
Your electronic submission may serve as evidence of your acceptance of these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Athlete Waiver applicable to the event.
If the athlete is below the legal age, a parent or legal guardian must complete or approve the registration and any required waiver.

4. Accuracy of Registration Information
The athlete confirms that all submitted information is complete, accurate, and truthful.

5. Registration Process
Athletes may select one or multiple eligible competition classes. The registration summary will show the selected classes, applicable price, processing fee, and total amount before submission.
After submission, the website may generate a registration reference. The registration may initially be marked as Pending until payment and eligibility requirements are verified.
Submission of the form alone does not necessarily mean that payment, eligibility, or participation has been finally confirmed.
If you submit a duplicate registration, contact the organizer before making another payment.
6. Registration Pricing
Registration fees may change before a registration is submitted. The current price displayed in the registration summary will apply to that submission.
Once a registration has been successfully submitted, its recorded price snapshot will not automatically change when future pricing is updated in the website administration system.
Registration charges may include:
- Regular athlete entry fee per class
- Late athlete entry fee per class
- Online payment or processing fee
- Additional class fees
- Other charges disclosed before registration is submitted
All prices, currency, fees, and totals must be reviewed by the athlete before submission and payment.
7. Registration Deadlines and Late Entries
Regular pricing, late pricing, and final registration deadlines are based on the dates and times published on the official website.
Registrations submitted after the regular-entry deadline may be charged the current late-entry price.
Musclecontest Philippines may close registration when the published deadline is reached, when venue or event capacity is reached, or when registration is manually closed by the organizer.
